Not everyone feels comfortable attaching their contact information to a report about unacceptable behaviour. Fears over what it might do to their career prospects are among some of the barriers.

But with anonymous reporting, you can contribute to change without further involvement. When your report is received, the data is collected and analysed alongside other reports on a daily basis to identify specific incidents and patterns. From here, a plan of action is drawn up, approved and implemented to prevent further incidents from taking place.

While HR can’t provide direct support to you, they can signpost you to information relevant to the incidents you have experienced.
