We want the Barbican Centre to be a place of safety and respect for everyone who works here, uses our venue, or visits to enjoy our experiences.

We expect everyone to be a part of this by understanding and upholding inclusive behaviours as part of our community. You can read more in our Zero Tolerance Statement.

There are two ways you can tell us about what happened. You can leave your contact details so that we can support you and give you the option to request an investigation, or you can report anonymously which will provide us with useful data but will not result in a formal investigation.
